We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

• Male and Female students for the residential program
• Male and Female Mentors

Here you can download various applications from us in PDF format. You will need PDF reader software on your computer in order to open the files. A free PDF reader can be downloaded from Adobe by clicking here. Once you have completed them, the applications can be returned by fax, or scanned and returned by email.

Note: If you are a married couple applying for house-parenting positions, you need to print two copies of the houseparent application: one for the husband and one for the wife. These need to be completed individually but can be returned together.

Downloading Instructions:

1)  Right-click on the name of the application you need.

2)  Choose “Save Target As…” or “Download Linked File As…” from the popup menu.

3)  Choose a destination on your computer, then click “Save” to begin downloading the file.
